We are a custom packing and shipping company specializing in artwork, antiques, furniture, electronics, etc.

Navis Pack & Ship is a franchise that I purchased in 2005.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer service is our #1 priority.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I own two locations - Dallas & Fort Worth. I previously owned the Houston, TX & Kansas City, MO markets as well, but sold one in 2013 and the other in 2014 to help better focus on our DFW locations.

From I-35E, exit Walnut Hill Lane. Go east on Walnut Hill Lane for 1/2 a mile and turn left (north) on Shady Trail. We are a standalone building on your left.

We will pick up anywhere in the DFW area and then ship worldwide.

I (Marc Oxford) am the owner and help run the daily operations.

Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Communication is very important... our typical process from pick up to delivery is about two weeks on our economy timeline. Keeping the customer informed of their order is very important and even more so today with the speed of technology and ability to communicate on so many levels. To answer the question, having a customer tell me that everything arrived in good condition and that the communication was beneficial.
