I am extremely satisfied not only with Nathan, but also the final outcome of the Extreme Makeover of my home. I am also very satisfied with the professionalism of all the workers that entered /worked on my home during the renovation process. I worked in sales for many years building relationships with customers and upper management. With all the encounters I had with building relationships, I would have to say Nathan was by far the most professional, caring, and meticulous person I have ever worked with. I did a lot of research with other contractors before I found/ chose Nathan from NCY. I felt his quote was exactly what I felt comfortable with. We went over everything very thoroughly. He made sure I understood everything before I signed the contract. I was so pleased that the amount at the end of the renovation was exactly what we agreed upon. Our overall experience with NCY was excellent. Nathan and Rob are professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. They have timely service, quality, and integrity. They are especially attentive to details and fine workmanship. Either Nathan or Rob was available whenever we had a question or concern. They were always pleasant and helpful. We know we received great quality at a fair price and increased the value of our home significantly. We are grateful a friend recommended NCY to us, so we definitely will recommend them to anyone desiring to improve their home.
