As Sales Manager I market our property with great pride. We offer a gorgeous property, clean, impeccably appointed, well located and with an emphasis on customer service and exceeding our guests' hotel accomodation expectations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We go above and beyond in providing a clean, safe enjoyable place to stay with an extensive list of complimentary amenities. We are well located on West Interstate 20 midway between Dallas and Fort Worth.

We are located on West Interstate 20 just East of State Highway 360 and West of new State Highway 161.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted and LaQuinta Inn & Suites Grand Prairie South has the ability to direct bill after application for direct billing has been processed.

Grand Prairie, Arlington, Mansfield, Dallas, Fort Worth.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are privately owned and managed by Kriya Management Group of Las Colinas, Texas. Daily operations are run by General Manager Nolen Millender.
