What is your primary product or service?
Electrical - electronics troubleshooting training for automotive and truck service technicians so they can repair electrical problems quickly and profitably the first time.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I began working in the automotive field as a technician after spending 10 years in military electronics as an electronics technician. I also operated my own electrical shop for 5 years. I starter training full time in 1985.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Never found anyone that teaches electrical troubleshooting with a hands-on approach. Others were teaching electrical theory with no hands-on troubleshooting practice. I decided to do it better with hands-on practice along with how-to instruction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. We service fleet clients all over the US.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Home office. Classes and workshops are held in local area hotels when presented in Dallas area.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and purchase orders from approved clients.

50 states
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Vince Fischelli is Director of Training. Co-owner is Jeanne Fischelli, secretary Natalie Patino is office secretary.
