How long have you been in business?
Since February of 2002. However, we've been in the industry since 1993, and all of our employees are seasoned AV designers and installers.
What is your primary product or service?
Integrated entertainment system design is our expertise. Our service is exceptional.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner began assisting a custom installer in 1993. He started and sold two local custom residential AV companies: Lone Star Audio/Video, and SoundImage. Prior to AV, the owner was an airline pilot.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our employees are exceptional. They are well trained, and they care. We all take pride in our work; we are passionate about a job well done.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location--no plans to expand or sell.

South of the intersection of Sherman and Spring Valley in Richardson. We generalize by saying "we're behind TI."
What type of payments do you accept?

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
