How long have you been in business?
I have been a personal property appraiser since 1992 and added estate sales to the business in 1995.
What is your primary product or service?
I appraise the contents of homes and if necessary, sell the contents of homes through an on-site estate sale.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I grew up in a home filled with antiques and collectibles. When I moved to Texas, I rented space in several antiques and collectibles malls and sold these types of items.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
There is no licensing or registration required for either personal property appraisers or for those of us who conduct estate sales. Because I am a Certified Member of the International Society of Appraisers, I am bound by a Code of Ethics and am required to renew my membership by taking continuing education classes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our estate sales are held in the clients' homes, so we have many (temporary) locations.

Location varies from estate sale to estate sale. For appraisals, I come to your home.
What type of payments do you accept?
For appraisals, we accept cash or checks. At estate sales, we accept cash and credit cards.

I am the sole proprietor and I run the daily operations.
