Kirkpatrick Wire Rope Lubrication Systems are excellent for Wire Rope & Cable Cleaning and Lubrication. In only one pass, the lubrication system will clean product build-up and grit from the surface and groove patterns within the wire rope. Simultaneously, the new lubricant is then applied, allowing the coating product to fill all open spaces within the groove pattern and internal strands. It?s the controlled 100% pressurized immersion within the interior Seal Lubrication Chamber that allows this to happen so efficiently. Surface moisture trapped within the inner strands are also displaced and replaced by the newly applied lubricant. Systems are functional with both low and high viscosity coatings. They can function as a Grease Applicator for tough jobs where a higher viscosity coatings are required to fight friction wear, as well as a low viscosity oiling system required for many Cable Cleaning & Lubrication applications.
