Cajun & Creole Foods, especially Cajun Fried Turkeys
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I'm from New Orleans, I love to cook and I saw there was a need for authentic cajun food here in Dallas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
All our food is made in La. by cajuns and made from scratch ... We cook it just like you would at home, only our kettles are larger.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one .... plus the internet.
