How long have you been in business?
I built homes in the North Central Texas area from 1975 to 1997. From 1997 to the present I have been a professional independent residential inspector.
What is your primary product or service?
About 60% of my business involves oversight of new home constructions. The other 40% entails inspections of existing homes for home buyers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Master carpeneter and home builder.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I carry more certifications than any inspector in North Texas.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
A 50-mile radius from the intersection of George Bush Tollway and Shiloh Road.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am a sole proprietor.
What are your hours of operation?
M-F, 7-6 Sat 9-1
